Our fourteenth and final summer outing is tomorrow Monday 21st August to Perch Rock.
Meet at the car park opposite the lighthouse, CH45 2JS at 7pm.
Fort Perch Rock is a coastal defence installation built between 1825 and 1829, It was built to protect the Port of Liverpool and proposed as a fortified lighthouse to replace the old Perch Rock Light. However, a separate lighthouse was built.
The suggestion for the evening is to look for leading lines to the lighthouse & coastal defences and sunset shots of the lighthouse.
Everyone is welcome.
