After a few years of absence, the L&CPU Big Day returns and this time it's bigger than before and it now includes 'bring your camera' photography.
Taking place at Leigh Spinners Mill, Spinners Mill Park, Lane Leigh, WN7 2LB on October 9th 2022.
The event starts at 10am with a welcome from L&CPU President, James Hardy, and keynote speaker. There will also a series of lectures throughout the day by the likes of Permajet and Wilkinsons Cameras.
Three models are available in three different locations, timed access will be in place to avoid areas being swamped with photographers.
The competition for the Bob Robinson Trophy is designed to promote competitions and distinctions to club members who might not normally get involved in the federation annual club competition or club knockout competition. This event is open to all clubs but only club members who currently do not have any photographic qualifications or accreditations are eligible to enter the competition. Tickets are now available for the Big Day of Photography at £15 per person and can be booked via the Information Portal on the L&CPU website. If you want to simply enter the Bob Robinson Trophy, a number of free tickets are available (booking as above) but these tickets will not allow access to the models or workshops.
