Last night saw three local photography clubs battle it out in their annual competition. Hosted by Preston PS, members of Leyland PS, Chorley PS and Preston PS each presented 12 projected digital images and 12 prints to be judged. Overall in the competition, Preston came 3rd with 374 points, Leyland 2nd with 384 points and Chorley won with 402 points, making this the 10th year in succession that Chorley have retained the trophy.
Our 24 photographs were created by 24 different members and the result is a credit to all our members and the quality of their work. Congratulations to Jane Lines and Howard Brown for winning each section (Pictures above). The full individual results for Chorley PS are as follows:
Next year's competition will be hosted by Chorley on Monday the 18th of March 2019.
