They are to satisfy an urgent request from Chorley Council for 100+ photos of Chorley to be used on a huge banner which will cover the entire front of the old McDonalds shop in Market Street, during the Olympic Torch run. Picture providers will have their photographs included on the banner.
All photographs will be attributed to both the Club and their authors.
THey’ll be passed on to the Council on Friday morning, so any that arrive after Thursday night won’t be used…

At the 2012 AGM of ChorleyPS held on 23rd April the Members unanimously elected Sarah Yeoman as President of Chorley Photographic Society.

Hearty congratulations, Sarah! We all wish you a successful and enjoyable two years!

Graham Bradley was also unanimously elected to replace Sarah as General Secretary.
